Kickboxing is a great way to burn fat while having fun. at Intoxx Fitness, our kickboxing classes help you build strength, power and stamina while burning fat at the same time. The great news is, it doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is. You will see results within a short period of time just from taking a couple of classes of kickboxing a week. Studies show that combining regular kickboxing classes with a balanced meal can dramatically reduce fat while building endurance and stamina. To reduce the risk of injury and enjoy a complete and safe workout, please follow these guidelines:
- Please notify instructors of any special considerations (pregnancy, health issues, pre-existing injuries, etc.). Intoxx Fitness recommends a physical examination before participating in any exercise program.
- Please arrive on time for class and stay through the entire class.
- Instructors will be substituted from time-to-time. Any substitutions, deletions or additions to the printed schedules will be posted at the front desk.
