Are there any additional costs associated with my membership?

Once you join, you will have full unlimited access to our facility.  Our group fitness classes are also included with the exception of cycling and specialty classes. (view our class schedule for more information)

Do I get any help at the start of my membership?

Absolutely! We offer new members a fitness orientation with a certified personal trainer. Our certified trainer will consult with you to get an idea of exactly what you’re looking to accomplish during your stay with us, and help guide you towards that goal.

How much does personal training cost?

Great question.  We’ve got a wide array of personal training packages and options to fit everyone’s budget.  You will learn about all of these options during your orientation.

What about Refunds?

If for some reason you are unhappy with our fantastically affordable and fully functional fitness facility, you can cancel your contract with absolutely no fees within 3 business days.

Can I cancel at any time?

While we do offer no commitment memberships, the most common memberships purchased involve a  1 or 2 year commitment.  Remember, we are a local health club servicing  Staten Island.  If you are a resident of these parts, this is where you want to be.  However, If you move more than 25 miles away from our facility we’ll be happy to cancel your contract.

Can I cancel my membership via email or phone?

Unfortunately, we do not cancel any membership agreements via phone or email.  This is both for your protection and ours.  All cancellations require filling out and signing a cancellation form. during the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

If you are not available during these hours, please call your facility.  A club manager can send a form to you via fax or email.
