Let’s face it, we’ve been doing this for a long time and we’ve developed an eye for talent.  That’s why at Intoxx Fitness, we only present A-list instructors to our members.  The most passionate, charismatic and engaging instructors on the island have been hand picked to teach at our New York and Long Island fitness centers.  Group fitness classes are  perfect for members who need group motivation or just want to change up their workout routine. Our instructors bring their experience, enthusiasm and unique skill set to each and every class. Group fitness classes are focused and intense, but also social and fun.  All instructors are certified by one or more of the leading nationally-recognized Group Fitness Instructor Certification organizations and participate in continuing education workshops and seminars on a regular basis.

To reduce the risk of injury and enjoy a complete and safe workout, please follow these guidelines:

  • Please notify instructors of any special considerations (pregnancy, health issues,  pre-existing injuries, etc.). Intoxx Fitness recommends a physical examination before participating in any exercise program.
  • Please arrive on time for class and stay through the entire class.
  • Instructors will be substituted from time-to-time. Any substitutions, deletions or additions to the printed schedules will be posted at the front desk.
